These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Laiman Mobat ("the App"), provided by Laiman Mobat. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it, attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The App and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by Laiman Mobat or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laiman Mobat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
