These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Osman BATTAL mobile application (the “App”) provided by Osman BATTAL. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osman BATTAL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
