These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soulaiman Madani mobile application (the “App”) provided by Soulaiman Madani. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store’s refund and billing policies.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulaiman Madani shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
